30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging where applicable.

  • Be free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear.

If your return meets these conditions, we'll provide a free return and process your refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number.

  • The email address used to place the order.

  • The reason for your return (optional, but appreciated).

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after being processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
